State Bank of India is one of the largest and oldest banks of the country.Therefore the bank is always engaged in recruiting its employees at various levels through various selection procedures namely Written Tests and Interviews.Most of the vacancies are for the posts of POs and Clerks. SBI Syllabus and Exam Pattern for PO and Clerk
There is almost the syllabus and exam pattern for Probationary Officer Exam and Clerk. The only difference is of nature of exam. It is obvious that the questions asked in PO exam are more difficult than those in Clerk Recruitment Exam
SBI PO and Clerk Exam Pattern
There shall be 200 objective type questions with one mark allotted to each one making it a paper of 200 marks. The objective type exam shall be followed by the Subjective Paper that will be of 50 marks.
Syllabus
The Objective Type Paper Consists of four subjects given below :
* Data Analysis and Interpretation
* English Language : This portion checks the candidates’ proficiency in Vocabulary, Grammar, Comprehension etc.
* Reasoning : There is verbal and non-verbal reasoning. The topics are pertaining to Relationships, Order of Nos. and English Letters, Venn Diagram etc.
* General Awareness and Computer
