1.CCNP certification
2. Good knowledge on network(WAN) & Troubleshooting on Routers, Switches firewall
3. Manage the team of L2 - Network, L1 network, Service Desk & Media team.
4. Manage the data part of customer ie LAN &WAN
5. Manage all type of requests, escalation & vendor management
6. Manage the Telcos ( BSNL, MTNL, Bharati)
7. Manage the physical data structure of customer LAN & WAN
8. Participate in customer reviews, vendor reviews, training & development of team
9. Participate with Customer meeting with their management for planning, design, development, design, modification if any.
10. Knows the best practices of ISO 27001/ISO 20000
11. Good in communication, Project management & customer handling skills
12. Onsite 6 days a week at Mahape ( Navi Mumbai)
