• Master Degree/Ph.D in Statistics/Economics/Econometrics/Operations Research from recognized University.
• Minimum five years of experience in analytical modelling and CRM
• Age limit must between 21-40 years as on 31.10.2015.

Vice President (Credit & Operations Analytics) : 01 post

• Master Degree/Ph.D in Statistics/Economics/Econometrics/Operations Research from recognized University.
• Minimum five years of experience in analytical modelling in respect of risk and default management and operations
• Age limit must between 21-40 years as on 31.10.2015.

Vice President (Project Management) : 02 posts

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/BE) in Computer Science/Computer Application/Information Technology/Electronics/Electronics & Instrumentation (OR)
• Master Degree in Electronics/Electronics & Instrumentation/Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Applications or MCA from recognized University.

Vice President (Human Resources) : 01 post

• MBA in Human Resource (HR) Specialization from recognized Institution.
• Seven years of experience in handling HR in IT sector
• Age limit must between 21-40 years as on 31.10.2015.

Vice President – Compliance (Company Secretary) : 01 post

• Master Degree in any discipline
• Must be Fellow membership of the institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• Seven years of experience in public sector Bank.
• Age limit must between 21-45 years as on 31.10.2015.
