Excellent communication skills (verbal with neutral accent/ written)

Good Analytical skills.

Good flow of thoughts

Effective listening skills

Willingness to multi-task and work as a team member

Adequate knowledge in MS-Office / Email operations

Typing skill with minimum speed of 30WPM

Flexible to work in any given shift including Saturday & Sunday (5days a week)

Prior experience in the airline travel / ticketing domain or an international BPO domain will be an added advantage

Experience in Travel industry or IATA /MTA.

Exposure to the GDS (Saber, Galileo, Amadeus or worldspan)
