Process Delivery :
Ensure authorization of all requests as per defined turnaround time and accuracy levels and other applicable KPIs
Ensure all transactions are authorized as per procedure manuals & authority matrix updated periodically
Equip self with required Technical Knowledge to handle transactions
Identify any exceptions & escalate to Team Manager
Develop action plans on KPI misses to eliminate recurrence
Process improvement :
Participate in change and continuous improvement (e.g. Workplace Workout/Team Based Problem solving) activity affecting the process providing inputs.
Effective contribution to Implementing & sustaining process improvement initiatives
Functional Competencies :
MS Office, Technical Knowledge as per requirements
