Job Description :

* Assess the needs of patient and give care according to priority.

* Carry out all bedside nursing activities and document appropriately in billing chart and computer.

* Carry out Doctors order.

* Admission & Discharge Process

* Pharmacy Indents.

* Referrals 

* Lab Investigations, Procedures, Medical Equipments, Doctors Visits etc.

* Maintain daily investigation chart.

* Patient bedside medicines & double sighting of the drug chart.

* Maintain crash trolley & stock inventory

* Any delay or problem regarding patient care or procedure that should be inform to ward In charge.

* Any adverse events occur in your ward that shoul be notified to ward in charge.

* In busy environment seek help from colleagues or in charge

* Be aware about aseptic technique & strictly follow.

* Be aware about all procedures
