Job Description :
To provide voice based support to stores with regards to service and procedural calls pertaining to Store trading Equipments / ATMs / Lottery / Paypoint / Payzone. The other activities include.
Provide first line support to stores and answer Emails and voicemails
Report calls to vendors and ensure that the resolution is provided within agreed timelines by them
Create orders to suppliers on a timely manner and ensure that the suppliers have received them
Ensure that the estate wise communication and updates are sent as requested.
Ensure banks have received the credit card sales data on a daily basis
Generate business critical reports on issues and volumes
Ensure that the customer facing equipments are working
Log issues reported through emails by departments in head office and distribution centres to concerned departments
Requirements :
Graduate from any stream
Excellent Communications
Flexible in shifts
0-3 years of experience in a voice process
Freshers with excellent communication skills can walk in
