Job Description :

• Understand DS Global Travel Policy, Geo specific Travel Policies and Audit rules
• Audit and approve travel reports for expenses claimed by the DS employees Compliance
• Identify non-compliant expenses and take appropriate actions: further explanations or denial or escalation when required
• Verify required receipts as per the applicable policy are attached and matching with the expense claimed (may be also required by Tax Administration(s))
• Request explanations from the employee in case of pending reports until approval or denial
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in support of web applications will be preferred
