Job Description :

• Thorough cross checking of signup documentation which has been collected by the SM
• Ensuring correspondence between Amex Implementation team and getting approvals
• Ensure billings from the signed up customers
• Servicing the account after the card has been set up and ensuring timely payments.
• Responsible for maintaining discipline and absenteeism of team on the floor.
• Ensure prompt and accurate service and achievement of targets 
• Good Communication Skills.
