• Airline handle calls related Baggage Delay, Tracing, Claims and Compensation related Queries for Customers travelling through the Airlines. Airline handles inbound calls for all baggage related calls from customers in America.
• Handling Inbound calls, Documenting interactions in the CRM tools, and making Outbound calls to Airports and Delivery companies.
• Customer Delight, Compliance to policies and Processes and managing Handling time.
• Excellent Communication skills.
