• Handling entire recruitment process Interview till post joining
• Looking after timely interviews, feedbacks
• Coordinating with line managers, admin staff, Vendors on daily basis
• Documentation follow up with vendors as well with candidates
• Offer and Employee code generation using Oracle HRMS software
• Inducting new employees on HR policies and procedures
• Maintaining MIS and daily report
• Handling post joining issues and salary hold queries.
