• Ensuring the upkeep of the change vending machine/replenishment of machine.
• Follow up with relevant HO departments on issues.
• SMO petty cash handling and daily accounting of the same.
• Accept and receipt non Smart Kiosk policies.
• Handle all queries/incomplete documentation/short collection/excess collection.
• Intimate the sales team on any incomplete documentation and follow up to ensure completion.
• Good Communication Skills.
