Job Details:
Ideal candidate should have experience of managing distributors & appointing distributors based on relevant channel competency and achieving volume wtd. reach objectives.
Follow through sales processes applying appropriate sales-tools, tactics and strategies in order to grow sales.
Participate in the sales planning exercise for location. Provide information about market trends, competitors sales practices.
Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business with Philips Personal Health
Support new products launches.
Ensure timely submission of claims and clean balance confirmation with all distributors. Price and Scheme management
Collection of outstanding from account.
Provide a/c planning for volume/value billing per customer to branch manager.
